Plans, editing and the details that matter.
Can I edit an RPH draft?
Yes. Review and adapt the objectives, activities and materials to your class before using the plan.
Is all RPH generation unlimited?
No. Allowances vary by plan and action, especially regeneration. Check your remaining quota in the application and the current plan details.
Is this an official KPM lesson plan?
No. It is an illustrative example of a plan structure. tecertools is not an official KPM product; check your curriculum and school requirements.

An illustrative example explaining the workflow; not a screenshot, an actual AI output or a plan verified against DSKP.
From a timetable to a usable draft
Start by entering your classes, subjects and timetable. Check the selected day, time and class so that the draft is prepared for the correct lesson. These details give the plan its context. You still need to account for pupil readiness, the materials you have and any changes to the school timetable.
Use your RPT and appropriate SK/SP references to identify the teaching focus. If you import an RPT, review the extracted text, week sequence and matched standards. Blurred documents and complex tables may need corrections. Upload features depend on your plan, and imported text should be checked before it informs a lesson.
Review learning before reviewing formatting
An objective should explain what pupils will do and how you will see the result. The four comparisons in the sample above provide something you can inspect. You can reduce the number of questions, add concrete models or select a harder example to match the readiness of your class.
Read each activity as a sequence of actual classroom actions. Are the instructions clear? Are there enough materials for each group? Does the timing include handing out materials and discussing answers? Edit generic AI suggestions, unsuitable vocabulary and activities that do not support the objective. A well-formatted draft still needs pedagogical review.
Prepare one lesson or a week
Begin with one lesson when you want to assess the suitability of a draft or try a new topic. The weekly workflow helps prepare several slots from your timetable. Review every generated slot separately: class needs, available materials, duration and difficulty may differ even when lessons share a topic.
Member includes five new RPH lessons per month and one free full-week generation per account, with no regeneration. Fellow and Professional offer additional generation and regeneration workflows. Weekly and daily allowances depend on the action and plan. Check the quota display in the application and the pricing page before choosing a plan.
Connect the plan to classroom materials
Once your plan is clear, the worksheet action on an RPH lesson opens Kertas with that lesson context. Creating worksheets requires Professional. Review instructions, questions, answers and layout in Kertas before printing. The transferred context is a starting point for a suitable activity, and does not remove the need to check the finished material.
For diagrams, use Figura to adjust a model or its labels, then copy the image into your teaching material. Choose a visual that supports the objective. A fraction comparison lesson might use paper strips or a simple drawing without a complex diagram. The plan and the material should describe the same pupil task.
Export, teach and record actual findings
Check the preview before exporting your RPH. tecertools supports PDF and, on eligible plans, uploading a school RPH form. Forms vary in layout; confirm that important content is not cut off and that the fields your school needs are completed. Review the exported document as well as the editor.
After teaching, use actual responses or observations to write a reflection and select follow-up work. Avoid entering pupil names or sensitive information in AI instructions. Your RPH is your working plan. Decisions about teaching, assessment and the suitability of materials continue to require your professional review.
