The usual pattern
Tahap Penguasaan (TP) is recorded after each teaching session or assessment, but often in a notebook, a separate Excel sheet, or the teacher’s memory — not one consistent place. When the term report or an admin review arrives, teachers have to gather again information that should already be there.
Why continuous records beat end-of-term records
- TP is recorded while it is still fresh — right after the teaching session, not recalled weeks later.
- Student patterns show up earlier — students who keep getting stuck at a certain TP for a standard can be identified and helped before it becomes a big gap by exam time.
- Reports are ready when asked for — no weekend scramble reorganising data that should have been recorded from the start.
One record, many uses
